Als ICT Projectleider Smart Grids ben je 'end-to-end' verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van één of meerdere projecten in ICT en dit vanaf het ontvangen van de missie en objectieven van een project tot en met het opleveren van alle resultaten van het project. Taken: • Je beheert in ICT 'end- to-end' jouw projecten volgens het proces "Ontwikkelen of aanpassen van ICT- oplossingen en -diensten" en dit volgens een strikte projectmethodologie gebaseerd op de markstandaard Prince II • Je escaleert problemen met betrekking tot afwijkingen in scope, kwaliteit, planning en budget en afhankelijkheden met andere ICT-projecten en verzorgt een kwaliteitsvolle rapportering naar de businesspartners, de ICT-directie en andere sturingsorganen • Je stelt een eerste dienstenbeheersafspraak (SLA) op of past de bestaande aan alvorens het project te beëindigen met de bedoeling een consistente dienstenverlening te garanderen van de opgeleverde ICT-oplossing of ICT-dienst • Je vraagt en selecteert de nodige middelen.
