You will be managing a tendering team for our clients products and services.

You will oversee and review all tenders and establish action plans necessary to ensuring on time and accurate responses to tender requests.

A key aspect of this role is your leadership and supervision of the proposal engineers to ensure they maximise their performance.

You will be negotiating terms and conditions of the tenders with customers to achieve the best commercial position with minimum exposure to risk while ensuring it’s competitive enough to ensure profit for our client.

You will be:

• Extensively experienced in managing proposal bids

• You will have experience in managing small teams

• You will be able to work on multiple bids at one time

• You will enjoy training and coaching which requires the successful candidates to be highly personable and a true people person

• Degree qualified preferable though not essential. Extensive experience is also as viable as qualification
